Return Policy

General Terms and Conditions These return conditions apply to all products purchased through the PowerBox TV webshop. Returns are only accepted if they meet the conditions below.

Return Period You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free items.
• The product must not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Procedure

• Contact our customer service at klantenservice@powerbox.tv within 14 days of receiving the product to register your return.
• You will receive a return form and further instructions for the return shipment.
• Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.
• Include the completed return form with the shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the return shipping costs will be covered by PowerBox TV.

Refund

• After receiving and inspecting the returned products, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Withdrawal Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the product.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing by post, fax, or email).
• You may use the model withdrawal form for this, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

• If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
• We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Products that are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery due to their nature.
  • Sealed audio, video recordings, and computer software, the seal of which has been broken after delivery.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions to them.
  • The delivery of digital content other than on a tangible medium, but only if the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

• You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal and further instructions for returning the product.
